Nestled in the enchanting hills close to Monterosso, Lecci offers a practical balance between comfort and value. The property, with its charming yellow house and a long pink building, provides a picture-perfect Italian backdrop for your stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and despite my room being the hotel's smallest, its clean, modern bathroom and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The complimentary shuttle service from Monterosso station made arriving and departing stress-free, which, as anyone who has trekked the picturesque trails might agree, is a welcome perk. Breakfast was generous with a variety of options, and the attentive staff went out of their way to assist, even providing an extra banana upon request. The hotel's terrace view down to Monterosso is ideal for dining, as the restaurant serves a diverse dinner menu. Hiking trails from the hotel lead to nearby towns, offering the opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes of this region. While not the most luxurious option, Lecci combines essential amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi with a picturesque environment. It's an excellent choice for those seeking a taste of Italy without breaking the bank.
